Refund and cancellation policy
How to cancel lessons and when you are entitled to a refund. This policy is part of our terms and conditions and does not affect your statutory rights.

The free trial
The first three days of lessons are free. You do not pay anything for them, so there is nothing to cancel or refund if you decide not to continue.
Your 14-day right to cancel
When you buy a plan online or by phone, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel within 14 days of the day the contract is made, without giving a reason.
- If no lessons have taken place in that time, you receive a full refund.
- If you asked for lessons to start within the 14 days and then cancel, we may deduct an amount for the lessons already given, in proportion to your plan.
Refunds are made using the same method you paid with, within 14 days of you telling us you want to cancel.
Cancelling after 14 days
You can ask to stop your plan at any time by contacting us. We will confirm in writing when your plan ends and whether any payment is due or refundable.
Lessons we cannot deliver
If a lesson you have paid for does not take place because of us, for example because a teacher is unavailable, you are entitled to have it rearranged or, if that is not possible, refunded.
