Khatm planner: a Quran reading planner to finish by your date
Choose when you want to finish the Quran and how many days a week you will read. The planner works out how many pages a day you need and gives you a day-by-day schedule, based on the 604-page Madinah mushaf. Print it or keep it on your phone.

How the planner works
It counts the reading days between your start and finish dates (skipping days off evenly through each week), divides the pages left by those days and lists the page range for each day. In the Madinah mushaf each juz is 20 pages (the first 21), so 20 pages a day completes the Quran in a month, the pace the Prophet ﷺ recommended to ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (Sahih al-Bukhari 5054).
Not sure what pace to choose? See how much Quran to read daily and khatm al-Quran. For Ramadan, our Ramadan Quran reading plan has ready-made schedules. If reading is slow, how to read Quran fluently will help, and our Quran reading course builds fluency with a teacher.
Frequently asked questions
Which mushaf does the planner use?
The standard 604-page Madinah mushaf, where each juz starts at the top of a page (juz 2 on page 22, juz 3 on page 42, and so on, every 20 pages). If your mushaf has a different number of pages, the plan by juz still works.
Is my plan saved?
No. The planner runs entirely in your browser and nothing is sent or stored. Print the table or take a screenshot to keep it.
What if I miss a day?
Enter today’s date and the page you have reached, keep the same finish date, and the planner spreads the remaining pages over the days left.
